Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Processing times are subject to change based on order volume and other operational considerations, including launches, sales, or holidays.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

LOCAL PICKUP (IF OFFERED)

If local pickup is available, you can select this option at checkout.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control.

The Proverbs Edit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

The Proverbs Edit is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
