RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We hope you love your pieces from The Proverbs Edit as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

All approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Returns requested outside of this window will not be accepted.

To be eligible for return, items must be in perfect condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of odors, makeup, or deodorant marks.


EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We’ve got you.

While we don’t process traditional exchanges, you can easily swap for another size by returning your item for store credit and placing a new order.

Once your return is approved and processed, your store credit can be used toward the correct size (or anything else you have your eye on).


FINAL SALE ITEMS

All discounted items are final sale.

Items marked as final sale on the product listing, advertisement, or promotional sale are also not eligible for return.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Email us at shop@shoptheproverbsedit.com to request a return
  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back
  • Items must be in hand or in transit with active tracking within 10 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 24–48 hours for your store credit to be issued. Store credit will be applied to your account and can be used at checkout.


DAMAGES + ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Any damages or issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

To report an issue, please email shop@shoptheproverbsedit.com with your order number and photos of the item.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

The Proverbs Edit is not responsible for damage caused after wear or washing. Please follow all care instructions.

We are also not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by shipping carriers.
